Huge congratulations to all the players that represented the Cobham Under 23s squad, who competed in the Surrey Festival John Douglas Cup over the Easter weekend.
Wins over Old Walcountians and Old Ruts at Fairmile Lane last Thursday (14 April) ensured the squad would contest for the main title at Finals Day on Monday (18 April), which were held at Esher RFC.
After an impressive victory over Richmond in their opening match, the Under 23s lost out to the overall tournament winners Old Reigatians in the second game. Regardless, there was much to celebrate and to be excited by the rugby this young squad of players put on show throughout the tournament.
