Courage on and off the pitch - Alicia Targett honoured with Bravery Award
Alicia Targett, a forward for Cobham Rugby Club’s Under 16 girls, was recently recognised with a special bravery award at the Surrey Air Cadets Annual Awards Night. Cobham set-up Vandals showdown after ten try win over Trinity
This is a rugby season that keeps on giving as far as Cobham players, management and supporters are concerned, as the First XV secured their sixth half-century win of the season. Additionally, the Second XV also won their friendly against Old Ruts (51-17) and currently sit top of their league. Cobham finish runners-up in Saint Dévote Rugby 7s Tournament
In the 14th edition of this Tournament, 24 teams from around the world gathered to compete at the Saint Dévote Rugby 7s Tournament in Monaco. Cobham defeat Old Ruts to set-up a grandstand finish in the promotion race
Cobham had some enforced changes as a consequence of unavailability and injury as did Old Rutlishians going into this match. A thank you from Anne Henderson - Norman Evans’ sister
My family and I would like to say a big "thank you" for all the messages of sympathy and support we have received following Norman's death. It has been quite overwhelming with the number of people who contacted us, and to see so many at the funeral service and later at the rugby club. Cobham slip to their first defeat as Vandals progress in the cup
A Cobham ventured to their promotion rivals Weybridge Vandals in the last 16 of the RFU Community Cup on Saturday (31 January).
