Membership App – Club Order

Download the App     

1. ​Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

2. Search for ‘Club Order’ and install it​

Create an Account for the App

1. The club will send you a password link

   • Follow the link in the email (this will take you to the web version of the app).

   • Create a unique password.

2. Open the app on your phone and log in.

3. A pop-up will prompt you to verify your email—click the link.

4. Check your email and follow the verification link.

5. Close and reopen the app to complete the process.

Log into the App

1. Open up Club Order on your device

2. Enter the site club ID 1146

3. Go to My Account and login with your email and password

4. Your discount QR Code is under ‘My Loyalty Card’ – use it to access Member bar prices

5. NOTE: Bar orders are NOT available on the app.

App Features Overview

​Top Up Balance

• Easily add funds to your card using a preset or custom amount – a top up counts as an ‘Order’

• It is not necessary to have a balance on the app to access member prices.

 

My Loyalty Card

• Display your QR code for scanning at the till.

• View your current balance.

 

My Tickets for Club Events

• View active and upcoming tickets when this is activated

 

My Details

• Update your first and last name as well as your email address.

 

Delete Account

• Request account deletion, and a prompt will be sent to club admin who will make contact.

Cobham Rugby Club ID is 1146.

 

Follow the link in the email from the club via TouchTakeAway and set up your account and

claim your Member bar discount.
